80 gold from the merchant imo.
It is a non maxed inscribable item with a very common skin Im afraid. The items with the most worth are usually non-inscribable (Therefore Prophecies and Factions only) and with max damage/armour and the most possible mods (one for weapons and 2 for Shields). Then the worth is also broken down to how low the requirement is (the lower the better for max stats), if it is a usefull item (mods which are actually useful for player builds), if there are players specifically searching for that item and rarity/colectability of the skin. There are of course exceptions to this rule, but they are always for inscribable items which are either low requirement and max items and for inscribable items which are very rare and sought after.
